What does a hand-drawn animated teaser cost?
Hand-drawn teasers start at $6,200 for 15 seconds, storyboard to final sound. Longer pieces (trailers, music videos, pilots) are quoted by scope.
How long does it take?
About 6 weeks for a 15-second teaser from an approved brief, including two rounds of notes. If you’re in a hurry, we can do it in 4 weeks for 25% more. We won’t promise anything faster than that.
What do I need to start?
A script and character designs help most. If you only have the comic, the game or an idea, tell us about it: we can design the characters and shape the story into a storyboard first.
Do you work with indie creators and Kickstarter campaigns?
Yes. We work with independent creators, studios and brands, Kickstarter campaigns included.
Is every frame really drawn by hand?
Yes. Every frame is drawn by an artist. We animate characters frame by frame; we don’t make motion comics or pan across still panels.
How many rounds of changes do I get?
Two rounds of notes are included. If you need more, we’ll quote them before we start.
Who owns the finished film?
You do. The finished film is yours.
How do payments work?
50% to start, 50% on delivery.
